Why Everyday
Most people only need a locksmith a handful of times in their life, and it’s usually on a bad day. So we run things the way we’d want to be treated on the other end of the phone.
When you call, we ask a few quick questions: where you are, what kind of lock or vehicle, and whether anyone is in danger. Then you get a price and a realistic arrival time. If the job turns out different once we see it, we tell you before we do anything else.
How it works

We quote the job on the phone and tell you roughly when we’ll get there. No “we’ll see when we get there” pricing.
We open, repair, rekey or replace, test everything with you, and you pay when the job is finished.

It depends on the job, the lock and the time of day. A simple house lockout costs less than rekeying every door in an office. Call with the details and we’ll give you the actual price for your situation before we head out, so there’s no guessing.
During business hours we give you an arrival window on the phone, based on where you are and what’s already on the schedule. Lockouts get priority. We’d rather give you an honest window than promise fifteen minutes and show up in fifty.
Very rarely. Most house and car lockouts open with non-destructive tools. If a lock is broken or high-security and drilling is the only way in, we’ll explain why and what a replacement costs before we touch it.
Yes. We check ID that matches the address, or the registration for a vehicle, before we open anything or make keys. It protects you as much as anyone. If your ID is locked inside, we check it once the door is open.
We’re open Sunday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and closed on Saturday. If you reach us after hours, leave a message or send the online form and we’ll get back to you first thing.
